1. Services
Ridenour Media (“RMF”) provides video production, photography, and post-production editing services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
 
2. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final files, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where RMF must cancel the project.
 
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled shoot date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total project cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
 
4. Ownership & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RMF retains copyright ownership of all produced content. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered content for agreed-upon purposes. Any additional usage (such as resale or redistribution) must be approved in writing.
 
5. Revisions
Projects include up to [X] rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
 
6. Limitation of Liability
While RMF takes every precaution to ensure high-quality results, RMF is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by events beyond our control (including but not limited to equipment failure, weather, or force majeure events).
 
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
